ChatGPT, a popular artificial intelligence tool from OpenAI, is experiencing technical problems this Tuesday, June 4, 2024. According to user reports, the platform is inaccessible through both the browser and the application, preventing the viewing of conversation history and sending new messages.
The official ChatGPT status page has already acknowledged the failure and reported that the team is investigating the cause of the problem. So far, there is no forecast for the resolution of the instability.
Workaround
As on other occasions of instability, the only alternative for users is to use alternative AI tools until the ChatGPT problem is resolved.
It is important to highlight that the flaw does not appear to affect all users, according to an official note from OpenAI that states that “ChatGPT is not available to some users”.
